Privacy Policy
This Notice describes how Crowdfundvx Contenidos Digitales S. de R.L. de C.V. (‘Crowdfundvx’, ‘we’) processes personal data collected through the crowdfundvx.com website, in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and the INAI guidelines in force in 2026.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Crowdfundvx Contenidos Digitales S. de R.L. de C.V., with address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, Floor 21, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600, Mexico City. Contact: privacidad@crowdfundvx.com.
2. Data we collect
When you submit the contact form we only process: name, email address and the content of your message. Additionally, through analytics and advertising cookies (always subject to your consent), we may process device identifiers, approximate city, pages viewed and session times.
3. Purposes
Primary purposes: (a) reply to your contact request; (b) maintain internal traceability of the communication. Secondary purposes, subject to consent: analytics, content improvement and activation of advertising campaigns with Google Ads under Consent Mode v2.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent, on the necessity to fulfil your request and on the controller's legitimate interest in site security, always respecting your rights and freedoms.
5. Transfers
We do not sell personal data. We may share it with technology providers acting as processors: Google Ireland Ltd. (analytics and advertising), Cloudflare Inc. (CDN infrastructure) and Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (storage). Where these transfers involve moving data to third countries, standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards apply.
6. Retention
Contact messages are kept for a maximum of 24 months. Analytics records are retained for 14 months. Consent records are retained for 5 years, in line with INAI audit best practices.
7. ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Objection, as well as withdraw your consent and limit the use or disclosure of your data, by writing to privacidad@crowdfundvx.com with a copy of your official ID and a clear description of your request.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We use Google Consent Mode v2. By default, all non-essential categories are set to ‘denied’ until you express your preference in the cookie banner. Full details are available in the Cookie Policy.
9. Minors
The content is not directed to persons under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
